Useful spaces can be difficult to find, even when they are close by. GoVenue is bringing commercial venues, schools, sports clubs, churches, village halls and other local spaces into one growing marketplace.
Guests can explore places for meetings, sports, classes, celebrations and more, check what each venue offers, and speak with the Host before booking. For plans that need extra detail, they can make an enquiry and agree the arrangements before confirming.
When more people can find and use these spaces, the organisations behind them have more opportunities to welcome their communities and earn from facilities they already run.
Practical Tools for Venue Managers
Hosts can list their venue for free and manage multiple spaces from one place. GoVenue brings calendars, availability, pricing and Guest conversations together, helping venue teams keep track of the details behind each booking.
Hosts can set peak and off-peak prices for individual spaces, respond to enquiries and agree booking details online. They can also share access instructions, offer paid add-ons and manage payments. If something goes wrong, there is an online process for raising and responding to booking issues.
Hosts set their own prices and keep 100% of the venue price. Our aim is to make busy periods easier to manage and help venues make better use of quieter times.

Guest payments are processed securely through Stripe and held until the booking has taken place.

Guests must use your venue for the agreed purpose, follow your rules and leave the space in a reasonable condition.
Support With Damage or Misuse
If a Guest causes damage, overstays their booking or misuses the space, you can report the issue through GoVenue.
Built in the UK
GoVenue is backed by CSI Media, a Cheshire-based digital company founded in 1998. CSI Media holds ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 certifications, alongside Cyber Essentials. That experience supports the platform we’re building for Hosts and Guests.
We’re still growing. We’re working with early Hosts to learn which tools save them time, while listening to Guests about what makes a space easier to find and book.
