GoVenue Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both guests and hosts.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your booking

If you cancel at least 7 days before your booking start time, you will receive a refund of 100% of the booking fee, minus the non-refundable GoVenue Guarantee fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking

For cancellations made within 7 days of the booking start time, any refund is set solely by the host and is entirely at their discretion.

GoVenue does not control or determine the refundable amount for short-notice cancellations. Refunds may be partial or not offered, depending on the host’s individual cancellation terms.

GoVenue Guarantee fee

The GoVenue Guarantee fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. This fee covers secure payments, platform protection, and support for both hosts and guests.

Host terms apply

Each host sets their own cancellation policy. By booking through GoVenue, you agree to the host’s stated terms at the time of booking.
