Guest Terms and Conditions

Go Venue – Guest Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 January 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Go Venue. These Guest Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between you (“Guest”, “you”, “your”) and C.S.I. (Manchester) Limited (“GoVenue”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the Go Venue platform (“Platform”).
GoVenue acts solely as a facilitator.
We connect Guests with venue owners (“Hosts”), but we are not a party to the hire contract between you and the Host. We do not own, manage, or operate any venue listed on the Platform.
By creating an account, making a booking, or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply only to Guests.
Host Terms are published separately.
We may update these Terms periodically. The version in force at the time of your booking applies. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance.
