Introduction

1.1 Welcome to GoVenue! Our platform serves as a marketplace connecting individuals seeking unique community spaces ("Clients") with venue owners ("Venue Hosts") who offer these spaces for temporary hire.

1.2 Go Venue is owned and operated by C.S.I. (Manchester) Limited, a registered company in England (Company Number: 03635017). You can reach us at enquiries@govenue.io

1.3 These terms and conditions govern the booking services ("Services") we provide to Client Bookers. They do not apply to services offered to Venue Hosts or the actual hire of spaces.

1.4 Space bookings are contracts ("Contracts") formed between Client Bookers and Venue Hosts, with GoVenue facilitating the connection.

1.5 We are not a party to the Contracts, and we do not own or manage listed spaces on the platform.

1.6 Your use of our website, mobile applications ("Platform"), and Services indicates your acceptance of these terms and forms the basis of our Agreement.

1.8 This Agreement is with the individual using the Services, who is responsible for ensuring that all Authorised Persons comply with its terms.
