This intimate space is ideal for brainstorming sessions, one-to-one meetings, interviews, or quiet working time away from the main office. Guests also have access to our kitchen facilities, premium coffee machine, toilets, and shared breakout areas — including our retro arcade machine if you fancy a quick brain break.

We offer two rooms for hire, each with its own character:
The Boardroom
A modern, polished meeting room featuring a stunning wall-length artwork of the local area by a renowned artist. Fully equipped with all the essentials: large meeting table, comfortable seating, high-speed WiFi, presentation screens, and everything you need for productive sessions. You also have convenient access to a kitchen and toilets, making it ideal for client meetings, workshops, training sessions, or team planning days.
The Snug
A cosy, relaxed breakout-style room offering a more informal feel — perfect for creative meetings, interviews, content creation, or small group sessions. With modern décor, soft furnishings, LED mood lighting, and access to our high-end coffee machine, it's the ideal “thinking space” away from the usual office environment.
Across the building, you’ll also find a retro arcade machine, quirky artwork, great coffee, and plenty of personality — making CSI Media a memorable venue your visitors will love.
