General Venue Rules
- Access to the function room is limited to the agreed booking times. Early arrival or extended use must be arranged in advance (may incur charges) All guests must behave respectfully towards hotel staff, property, and other guests.
- No loud music or excessive noise is permitted after 21:00 PM.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the building.
- The maximum capacity of the venue must not be exceeded.
- Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures (may incur charges)
- Any external equipment or suppliers must be approved by the venue in advance (may incur charges)
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Illegal or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must follow all instructions from hotel staff during their booking
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their expected arrival time.
- A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required upon arrival via physical card.
