GoVenue refunds 100% of the booking fee (minus the GoVenue Guarantee fee) for cancellations made 7+ days before the booking takes place. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable. This is set by the host. See full policy.

General Venue Rules
- Respect the Space & Community Queer Comedy Club is an inclusive venue and we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour of any kind.
- Venue Hire Timings Please ensure all events, load-in, and load-out take place within the agreed hire times unless arranged in advance with the events team.
- No Outside Alcohol All drinks must be purchased through the venue unless otherwise agreed prior to the event.
- Damage & Decorations Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings, or furniture in a way that causes damage. Any damages caused during hire may incur charges.
- Respect Our Neighbours We ask all guests to leave the venue quietly and respectfully, particularly later in the evening, to help us maintain good relationships with local residents and businesses.
