GoVenue refunds 100% of the booking fee (minus the GoVenue Guarantee fee) for cancellations made 7+ days before the booking takes place. Cancellations within 7 days are refunded at 20%. This rate set by the host. See full policy.

General Venue Rules
- Please keep the venue clean and respect the space. Any damage to furniture, décor, or equipment may result in charges.
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully. Any aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue.
- Shisha is to be handled responsibly at all times. Do not move or tamper with shisha equipment. Staff will assist with coal changes and setup.
