How the Go Venue Guarantee Works
For Guests
Booking Protection: When you book a venue, Go Venue holds the payment securely for up to 7 days after the booking date. This ensures the venue meets your expectations and protects your payment if issues arise.
Inaccurate Listings: If the venue is significantly different from its description and the host cannot resolve the issue, we’ll work to help you find an alternative venue at comparable pricing. If a suitable venue isn’t available or you choose not to rebook, we’ll issue a full or partial refund.
Assistance on Arrival: If you’re unable to access the venue or encounter a serious issue, our team is here to help you resolve it quickly and efficiently.
For Hosts
Venue Protection: The Go Venue Guarantee ensures that your space is respected and left in the condition it was found.
Clear Communication: Guests are encouraged to contact hosts directly if any issues arise, allowing you the first opportunity to address and resolve concerns.
Secure Payments: Payments are released to you once the booking is completed and the guest has confirmed everything is as expected.
What’s Covered

How to Report an Issue
If an issue arises:
- Contact Your Host: For guests, the host is your first point of contact to resolve any problems.
- Document the Issue: Take photos or videos and provide details to help resolve the matter efficiently.
- Contact Go Venue Support: If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us within 72 hours of the booking or discovering the problem.
